Vivian offers bespoke bridal, semi-couture and made-to-order bridal, bridal after-party and short reception dresses (including first-dance dresses), and custom evening wear. Groom suits and tuxedos, selected bridal rentals, and styling are also available by request.
The design consultation is ฿3,000. It is non-refundable and is credited toward the final gown price when an order is confirmed. The separate try-on appointment is ฿3,000 for up to three gowns.

Selected bridal rentals start at ฿20,000. Availability, inclusions, fit or alterations, and final terms are confirmed during consultation.
A 50% deposit confirms the order and begins the work. The remaining 50% is due at collection. Please ask Vivian to confirm available payment methods before paying.
The schedule for each order is confirmed after reviewing the design, event date, fitting requirements, and atelier availability. Vivian will confirm the proposed schedule before an order begins.

The fitting plan depends on the service and design. Vivian will confirm the fitting schedule with the quote and project timeline.
Selected collection designs can be ordered through semi-couture or made-to-order routes, with available adaptations confirmed during consultation. A fully bespoke commission is created from scratch.
The ฿3,000 design consultation fee is non-refundable and is credited toward the final gown price when an order is confirmed. Ask Vivian for the written cancellation and refund terms that apply to any try-on appointment or order before confirming it.
