What You Provide
When you send an inquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, and an optional message. Vivian uses those details to respond, discuss the requested service, and arrange an appointment. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the inquiry.

Delivers consultation and contact inquiries to Vivian Warso.

Used when you submit the inquiry form.
DataFast
Measures visits and the performance of the inquiry journey.
Page and referrer information, device or browser information, and non-PII interactions. DataFast uses a first-party analytics cookie to measure visits and interactions.
Loads only when the public DataFast website ID is configured in production.
Meta Pixel
Optional advertising measurement for a future configured campaign.
Page-view and browser information if a Meta Pixel ID is deliberately configured in production.
The integration remains disabled when no Meta Pixel ID is configured.
Cloudinary
Delivers the site’s images and video.
Ordinary media-request information such as IP address, browser details, and requested asset.
Used when Cloudinary-hosted media loads.
Language Preference
When you explicitly choose English or Thai, the site stores that choice in a first-party functional cookie named VIVIAN_LOCALE for up to one year. It contains only the selected language code and may be used when you return to the bare homepage. The site does not use this cookie to infer a language on your first visit.
Website Analytics
DataFast uses a first-party analytics cookie to measure website visits and interactions. Inquiry form values are not included in analytics events.
Operational Logs
The application records ordinary request information such as the request method, page path, response status, and processing time for operation and troubleshooting. The application code does not add form fields to those logs.
